Had a great time with friends! The area was perfect for relaxing, with plenty to do nearby. We checked out the Three Counties Showground and Gloucester Ski and Snowboard Centre, both were fantastic spots. The room was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was generous. Great value for money, and the friendly service made it even better.

One downside was the initial lack of hot water when I arrived, but it was sorted out by morning.

During my stay, I was charmed by the cozy atmosphere and well-maintained gardens, which made walking around the property enjoyable. The accessibility features were thoughtful, making navigation easy and pleasant for seniors like myself.

Walls are thin, leading to noticeable noise from neighboring lodges that might disrupt a quiet evening. Parking can get muddy after rain. The lack of outdoor seating is a missed opportunity, particularly during pleasant weather when fresh air would have.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. The accommodations were spacious and clean. Plenty of tea and coffee was available upon arrival. The staff were helpful, and the golf course was fun to play on. I had a great experience overall! ⛳️

had a lovely stay, the room was super spacious and the bed was so comfy. there was loads of tea, coffee and milk when we arrived. gamed a few rounds on the cool 9 hole golf course, prices were really decent too. they were chill about getting me a tee off time, even on a busy day which was awsum. the whole vibe was friendly and welcoming, definitely a place i’d wanna come back to!

We stayed for a week and the vibe was relaxed. Staff were super nice, always ready to help out. The room was clean and comfy, with a decent shower. They don’t do breakfast like a usual hotel, but gave us bags with snacks. Just wish the Wi-Fi was stronger at times.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick layover in Newent with decent value for money. The small double room was very clean, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with pastries and hot chocolate. Check the clubhouse hours if you want to grab a meal or drink.

Spacious lodges offer good amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, and a light breakfast that includes a banana and croissant. It’s a really nice spot, especially if you're visiting nearby universities.
